Workshops + Retreats

Build your team’s confidence and foster collaboration through creative workshops and retreats.

What we teach.

  • Developing a Creative Process

Developing a process that works is important for any creative. In this workshop, I’ll share the 5-stages of my creative process and how to use this framework to develop new ideas.

We’ll use this model to help you identify your creative process and where you might be getting stuck when it comes to bringing your projects to life.

  • How to generate ideas

This workshop will discuss how to generate new ideas through setting enabling constraints —conditions that allow us to play with a sense of purpose and protection.

The workshop will identify 3 ways to establish constraints using the 3Ms - the material, the multiple, and the mirror.

  • how to experiment

How do you like to experiment as an artist? In this workshop we’ll explore the “Play” stage of the creative process - the stage centered on testing, exploring, and learning.

We’ll discuss the way you naturally like to explore new ideas and how you can leverage that inclination to develop your creative confidence.

  • Identifying Your Creative Blocks

In this workshop, we’ll identify 5 common creative roadblocks and how you can overcome them. Through hands-on exercises and reflection, you’ll take helpful steps in understanding your creative archetype and identifying your values as an artist.
